New Tech, the brainchild of two partners who garner over 15 years of experience each in the industry of hospitality; sharing equal passion & vision for the art in cleaning and a well-managed environment. This interest has grown to a team of 500 employees today with rapid growth of building’s undertaken for their facilities management & commercial cleaning services. New Tech is strong in building facilities management (Building Management / Facilities Cleaning & Up-Keep). We currently manage over 30 location sites & we manage hospitals, clinics, hotels, shopping malls, condominiums, apartments, universities, schools & office buildings. 17 years of field experience has garnered a wide coverage of skill sets & fine tuning of cleaning service according to different industry requirements & the various maintenance services that are requested for.
Experience further builds knowledge on the various types of cleaning chemicals & the methods of usage. Food grade chemicals are often used in food & beverage manufacturing plants, deep sanitizing chemicals for hospitals & commercial areas. Our procurement team are well trained on the type of cleaning agents required – location based, hazards & safety precautions of usage. New Tech Facilities Sdn Bhd holds core experience in the field of bespoke commercial cleaning services. Our team of cleaners are trained for 3 months before actual work conduct in client locations, this ensures time punctuality, good behaviour & conduct and work ethics. We believe that an empowered employee would result in work done with passion & that’s New Tech’s promise to all clients.
